A special “all inclusive package” which will not disappoint. You can trust our local knowledge and expertise to make this a very special week for you in the mountains, with lots of variety, depending on your level, the weather and conditions. Here is just a sample of how this special  week could look like.

Saturday: travel to Kals and check into your accommodation, meet with your guide in the evening for a briefing, equipment check.
Sunday: Climbing and instructing in a cragging area of our choice.
Monday: Climbing the Blauspitze, either the N-ridge or the Via Ferrata
Tuesday: A special ascent to the Stuedl huette over the quiet Figerhorn and Teischnitz Valley. Here we spend the next couple of nights.
Wednesday: Glacier travel course with ice techniques and much more on the Teischnitz Glacier.
Thursday: Glacier tour to the Romariswandkopf (3511m) and more summits or practice on the way back to the Stuedlhut.
Friday: Ascent of the Grossglockner.

Early morning we walk in one hour to the Koednitz Glacier where we rope up. A steep climb gets us to the Adlersruhe in 2.5-3h and after a short rest we continue up the east flanks. The first part is a fairly steep snow or ice climb, followed by easy, but very exposed rock climbing to the Kleinglockner. A short down climb to the famous Glocknerscharte, followed by a steep, final rock wall that opens the door to the summit of the highest mountain in Austria (1.5-2h)

Descent via the same route to the Adlersruhe and after a well deserved rest we continue down the Koednitzkees and back to the Stuedl hut, which takes about 3.5 hours. This is where our week ends and you got some time to reflect on the past few days on the stroll down to the Lucknerhaus, where you can tread yourself with a Sauna and a nice dinner.
